OUMAIST is a manufacturer of office systems, seating, partition systems and acoustic pods, with our head office and factory in Baiyun District, Guangzhou, Guangdong, China. We are the data controller for the personal information described in this Policy — we decide why and how it is used. Our contact details are in Section 13.

This Policy applies to visitors of the Site, prospective and existing business customers, and anyone who contacts us. It does not apply to third-party websites, platforms or apps that we link to.

• Enquiry forms ("Contact", "Business Enquiry"): your name, phone number, email address (optional), and the requirements you describe — product type, quantity, project area, and any drawings or reference images you attach.
• Showroom reservation or factory tour booking: your name, phone number, email address, preferred visit date, number of visitors and company name.
• Quotation, sample and catalogue requests: company name, country or region, contact person, delivery address, and tax or VAT number where required.
• Orders and after-sales service: billing and shipping address, consignee name and phone number, order details, payment confirmation information, and the product or installation issues you report.
• Email, phone, WhatsApp or WeChat communication: whatever you choose to share with us, together with our records of that correspondence.

Fields that are optional are marked as optional on the form. We only ask for what we need to answer your enquiry and to do business with you.
